Online orders can be returned in-store at standalone locations, or online by completing a returns form, found here. A prepaid postage label will be provided to send the style/s back to us. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for Cue Australian Online orders at Myer, David Jones, outlet locations, or any of our New Zealand stores.
