- Once you have selected your required size and colour, click on ‘ADD TO BAG’ then ‘CHECKOUT’.
- Create an account or log in with your email address. Please select ‘Forgot your Password?’ if you do not have a password or have forgotten it. This will trigger an email with a link to reset your password.
- Next, confirm your details are correct. The website will not allow you to continue unless you have entered all required information correctly. Please check your details and try entering your address manually if necessary. Select ‘CONFIRM DETAILS’.
- If you are unable to progress with the correct details entered, please try clearing your cache or use an alternative browser and start the checkout process again.
- Confirm you would like your style delivered or change to collection by clicking on the ‘COLLECTION’ tab and selecting a store where Click & Collect is available. Select ‘CONFIRM’.
- Select your delivery method and fill out the authority to leave instructions. Select ‘CONFIRM’.
- If applicable, apply a loyalty reward by selecting the ‘REWARD’ tab and clicking ‘APPLY’.
- To apply a gift card, select the ‘GIFT CARD’ tab, enter the barcode and pin then click ‘APPLY’.
- Select your preferred payment method, enter card details if required and select ‘CONFIRM PAYMENT’.
