The style is returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
The style has not been worn, altered, or washed and is in saleable condition.
Proof of purchase is provided.
The original Cue swing ticket is attached to the style.
Refunds must be processed to the original payment method.
Cue gift cards, face masks, and earrings are not eligible for change of mind returns.
Styles purchased in Ballantynes are subject to the Ballantynes returns policy.
