Once your transaction has been processed, your order ID will appear on the website and shortly after a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Please also check your junk or spam inbox as it may have been re-directed there.
If you still haven’t received your order confirmation after one hour, please get in touch with the value of your order, the payment method used and your order ID if available.
